You missed the question z4.
Why did SPNG 8k D&T as a new auditor, only weeks after they 8k'ed Robison as their auditor? D&T does not start working until the next 10k needs to be filed, what was the big rush?
I don't expect you to see the irony of this, but some here may wake up to the P&D that SPNG is.
Why 8k a new auditor for the next 10k, when they can't even get the current one filed?
