That’s bizarre. That’s only $25-31K in cash. If they wanted to raise cash they could have sold a lot more yesterday. IMO, some reasons could be:

-Some general corporate reason not to worry about. Best case.
-They have sell orders in at .0009. Not good, would create a hard wall to get over.
-This is the start of more dilution. IMO, Run for the hills.
