This has been discussed before and is the texas case only. Although I would of loved to see texas kick JPM's a$$ it probably does belong in the DC courts. imo

The Texas judge fell for FIREA that is just an excuse to pass the case along and not bother with it. Texas chickened out so predictable. It does not matter, as it is established case law already in the Third Circuit Court and that is where this case is. Nothing in the Texas Action was even remotely connected to FIREA.

JPM lawyers are operating the same way one of our posters used to “I can do this all day” this is why it is in a Bankruptcy court and not some where else. they will not allow JPM to tie this up indefinitely.
