You do make some valid points, and I understand what you are saying. Yes, the big gains (in the tens of thousands of percent, which are rare but do happen) are made early on, and waiting for complete safety may carry a high premium (only U.S. Treasuries have "complete" safety if there is such a thing, and the returns are awful but safe), but keeping the amount invested low until the company starts to make money isn't too much of a problem for me to accept. Most of my stocks are solid NYSE companies that were hit really hard (but are still very profitable, no BK candidates for me at this time) but still have great businesses; people are just too scared to invest in them. I would list them but I don't want to get deleted for off-topic posting.

The idea of waiting until URST is at least having some kind of income besides issuing shares isn't too comfortable or conservative to me. I just want to know they can keep the lights on long enough to put shovels in the ground. I've already had nice gains on my shares bought at .46, but have to admit I wish I'd of held my 3900 shares from .08 to now (I sold them at .10). $312, a small investment amount, would now equal around $2,535 at today's .65; not a bad percentage return if you ask me. Anyway, I digress...

Let's keep an eye on this one and see what happens.
