Correct. 8k clearly stated that the post R/S shares would be 300MM. It's not a surprise.

That should actually be 30 billion with that calculation:

300mm x 100 = 30,000mm = 30 billion

it wasnt 3 billion before. it was 2.0 then 2.5 then 2.75 billion but never 3.0 billion. 3,000,000,000 is a new all time record for spnge and represents massive dilution
