Don't you know, Power_forward72, it's their monthly ritual. Every month, since about April or May, around this time of the month, they jack the A/S up another 1/4 - 1/2 billion or so.

I set my watch by it.

I suspect it was never below 2,75 billion. All the ORs referring to "buybacks" were probably more lies ("it is being edgarized " LOL).
I think they just added another 250,000,000 to the AS because they sold out of the original 2.75BB.
