If this product generates so much revenue, why would anyone want to sell the rights or the product itself? What is the reason they are selling to CXAC? And if the product is so great, why does it need "reviving"?

That is the catch, imo. Jorge said jointly, so until he clears up that im not sure if its like 50/50 or they guy gets % of shares or what. That hasn't been released yet. So we will have to wait and see what he delivers on the details of the product.


the 27,000ish $$ that was spent to med gen could have paid off the company to release the product from med gen. Since they were closing up shop probably trying to get whatever money they could.


All IMO. I can only guess at this point.
