NO R/S because it's not benefiting shareholders. WTF?

Did I read it correctly? Is it possible he's forwarding a warning that a r/s isn't good at .10 because this stock price will not like the 10K? WTF, isn't a good matching 10K with all the posted PR's good for shareholders in a Nasdaq environment.

I guess I'm skeptical........not buying here.
