I think the point of the R/S after the annual report was to ride a higher share price into the split, not hovering around .08 - .12 because of the LACK of said report.

Why expose the stock to all sorts of more damage (alot farther to fall from $8-$12 a share) when the UPSIDE isn't there?

if the 10k says our value pps is .50 ,
why split @.12 . 10k could change ratio if we move to true value.
