The new shares will open up at an equal dollar value to your old shres. The old shares are now an empty shell, very simple. I have been through many of these over the years past, they work out very smoothly. The best is uplisting to the OTCBB, we are about to get a lot of exposure along with all the big board stocks, NYSE, Nasdaq and AMEX all track OTCBB. It is going to bring in a lot more serious investors for all of us.
