so my 85000 share could be worth 8.50 @ .0001 ?
and my 8500 shares will be worth whatever the new company is trading at?

I still am having a hard time seeing the upside here for investors. for the company this is awesome news. I just am not sure what will happen with the old shares if no one buys, moves or whatever the term is into BEHL
