it cant with out them raising the a/s the o/s is maxed up to the a/s so Mr.Bravo would have to raise the authorized for the o/s to go up anymore...This is good in a sense that the company cant dillute anymore sicne the o/s is maxed right up to the a/s.

I also confirmed with the T/A there has been NO change in the last reported share structure!! This is very good for this stock at this time!
