Certainly hope the debt was 'erased'!
And, God willing EVFL is not abetting the 'naked short thieves',
by 'renting-out' stock held in EVFL's Treasury!
Such error by a potentially viable enterprise can and often does lead to a Death Spiral of 'Reverse Splits', insurmountable debt to crooked loan sharks, who then assume ownership of the Company which gives Shareholders a Total Loss!
