Craig, I would like to hear from you so you could at least inform me of what has happened with the company and where this company is heading. I have invested so heavily in this conmpany that I do deserve at least to know more information involving NGRNE. I have tried to remain positive for many years regarding the future of the company, but the total lack of correspondence and communication with the company's leadership has greatly disappointed me. I did not sell my shares which could have brought me over $450,000 which was much more than I invested, but I did not do this because I wanted this young company to grow and prosper. I did not want to deplete the funding the company so badly needed. It has been frustrating to me for many years to be immensely invested in something that I have no control over or communcation with. I would appreciate your response in the near future.

I never had a "gig", just became aware of IHDR due to the deal that once existed with EFTI

(for example)

http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=104477

once I started LOOKING at what IHDR was proposing, I saw that there was no way the much more complex E-Commander could compete with a simple turbine......eventually, the engineering data that was released (them removed) on the IHDR website validated my view that the device would not only be much more expensive than a traditional small turbine, with all those machined parts, but much less efficient....

BTW, where did you get some of your numbers, from a hat?????

http://www.redorbit.com/news/science/298139/ihdrs_european_partner_forecasts_14_million_in_revenue_under_agreement/index.html

"""IHDR's joint venture partner, Cm2, will assist in the sales and distribution of IHDR's Energy Commander Systems Unit (EC unit). Cm2 expects that each EC unit will generate annual revenues in excess of US$44,000. Cm2 expects to distribute between 300 and 600 units in their first fiscal year, in addition to domestic U.S. distribution. Under the joint venture agreement, IHDR shall receive approximately 35% of revenue plus approximately $2,500 per unit produced for European use as a one-time up front payment per unit sold as well as a large share of revenues gained from the EC units that are distributed in Europe. With a five to seven year life span, the EC unit, with a projected cost of about $7,500.00 per unit according to Cm2, will bring a 29-to-1 cost to revenue basis."""

Only insiders brought in money to keep this afloat. I can explain later, but not on demand who took the money. Some of you posting will want to log off now for good, since I will give a good family history on what your siblings did by the way.

only insiders????....there was no retail support buying shares???

This is your chance into the mind of a CEO of a startup, or in this case a reverse merger BB, so be smart about it. By the way, I will respond in stories based on facts that many of you will not like, but will NOT respond to every post made

OK, I have a question.....was your recent attorney ban due to this Co???....does it have anything to do with John Rivera or John Stanton, who also had ties to this Co???

Re:<"Paper, give me your address for service of process please.">

If you think you have what it takes to take me to court, Mr. Huffman, then be my guest. You are smart enough to know you can subpoena any and all of my information. Your equally ethics-challenged friend, James Thomas, also issued a similar idle threat to me.

It looks like you got away scott free for running your scam. It absolutely boggles my mind that nobody has taken you to court. You committed securities fraud when you announced sales of Energy Commanders (twice) as historical fact when no sales actually occured. Likewise when you announced false specs for the machine. There are a number of other examples. Yet not one shareholder stepped up to start a class action. That baffles me. A case against you for securities fraud seems very cut-and-dry just with the available public information.

I don't know if you remember Bucfan from way back when. He spoke to you personally and was convinced you were a "straight shooter." He averaged down putting several hundred thousand dollars into the stock because he trusted you and your reputation. He was wrong. Unfortunately for reasons that aren't clear to me, Bucfan and others would rather walk away with their losses than pick up a phone to start a suit.

I'm sure you are also aware that someone just has to print out the evidence showing the clear securities fraud on your part and mail it to the Florida Bar. They have seven years from 2006 to do that and my guess is that you will be disbarred. Your friend Mr. Thomas might meet a similar fate. I was considering getting the materials together and sending them myself a while back.
