If you think you have what it takes to take me to court, Mr. Huffman, then be my guest. You are smart enough to know you can subpoena any and all of my information. Your equally ethics-challenged friend, James Thomas, also issued a similar idle threat to me.
It looks like you got away scott free for running your scam. It absolutely boggles my mind that nobody has taken you to court. You committed securities fraud when you announced sales of Energy Commanders (twice) as historical fact when no sales actually occured. Likewise when you announced false specs for the machine. There are a number of other examples. Yet not one shareholder stepped up to start a class action. That baffles me. A case against you for securities fraud seems very cut-and-dry just with the available public information.
I don't know if you remember Bucfan from way back when. He spoke to you personally and was convinced you were a "straight shooter." He averaged down putting several hundred thousand dollars into the stock because he trusted you and your reputation. He was wrong. Unfortunately for reasons that aren't clear to me, Bucfan and others would rather walk away with their losses than pick up a phone to start a suit.
I'm sure you are also aware that someone just has to print out the evidence showing the clear securities fraud on your part and mail it to the Florida Bar. They have seven years from 2006 to do that and my guess is that you will be disbarred. Your friend Mr. Thomas might meet a similar fate. I was considering getting the materials together and sending them myself a while back.
