If you use that same logic don't you have to believe that he would have been pumping oil out of the ground when it was over $125 per barrel, right? And, I do mean pump, not harsh steam or chemical extraction, but plain oil vertical pumping. From what we were told they can vertically pump oil which is cheap and ecologically friendly. Hell, one of the wells is already drilled. So, multimillion dollar question is, “what is he really waiting for?” Nobody knows except for Bruce….
