Jeremy
I'll keep my opinion to myself on that theory as far as your question goes. My question is who has 15 million dollars that is mentioned in that last paragraph?

One point of clarification.

They do not have 15 Mill in cash. That income or ledger figure was gained through reduction in debt and restructuring along with other methods. Not influx as cash.

I believe that it is or was great to have gained a reduction in debt but that in no way infers that the company has that kind of cash.

Just wanted to keep your process more factual.

Its like Dusty has been trying to tell you, were trying to let people down easy but people seem to be all to trusting these days. The 15 mil will probably be used for lawyers and it could result in the company beating on a dead horse and then your out another 5 million in legal fees, so where does it all end? It would have been courteous to mention the flood of shares or even vote on it but that didnt happen. Did it really matter that PNGX was delisted to its shareholders? What do you find here except a handful of sawdust at this time

What in the world do you guys mean by floating shares or loose shares. Is this pinky talk I,v been studying the markets now for years and been trading for a while and read more than - I would say - 2 dozen books and I never heard of this foolishness.

How can shares be loose they are not women or belts, they are shares of companies and if they are outstanding then somebody owns them whether MM's, ceo, retail investors, or insiders. Someone will always own them. Float I believe is a made up word so it doesn't sound to bad probably ceos of companies made up the word. None the less only os and as matters so lets not talk about this bull of (what is the float). Once outstanding doen't matter it is diluted. Shares are atleast double from what the financials stated which would make them between 40 and 50 billion.

And another thing if He were buying back shares which I would love to hear the price would be alot higher by now not stuck at
.0001 with no bid. Remember investing 101 supply and demand. If He were buying that would increase demand thus causing the price to go up. Please don't tell me some of you believe Denis has some secret power over mm's he is just like us if he buys enough shares back the price would eventually go up it went down and now it is literally stuck with no bid.

The question I would pose to everyone invested here (such as myself) is why did the price not atleast jump this week to an ask of .0002 when according to the l2's there was nothing but buys at .0001 which would make it over 2 billion shares bought and still no bid. I assume the MM's are sitting on so many shares that they are trying to get rid of them easy by letting them go at the lowest price or the other reason could be that Denis is actually dumping more shares on the market at a even lower price then .0001 if that is the case than that would be horrible news for us. Cause with a price even lower than that it would take trillions of shares to pay peoples salaries. The third possibility is the one I wish were true and that is that he has magical powers over the mm's and he is allowed to buy as many shares as possible at .0001 but to my disappointment the last possibility is very unlikely but there is still a .0001% that this could be happening.

Any how I said my piece (probably spelled wrong) and this is my last post for today can only post 3 posts per day.

I do hope that in the long run this does work out but for now it is a waiting game. Hope he doesn't forget about us shareholders when things get rollin.

God bless
