SPNG is very active stock. There is always some insanity going on over there. Late 10K filings. Absurd PR's. Accusations of poor management. 1 for 100 reverse split. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Not to mention, it's one the most heavily naked shorted stocks out there.

*Sigh* I wish I wasn't invested in SPNG at all right now.
