Gets around on a tour bus much like Dane Cook's Tourgasm tour that aired on HBO. These guys do make money but they watch their pennies.

The distance from Saint Louis to Milwaukee is 390 miles. The distance from Ft Wayne to Washington DC is 550 miles. Only a little over 2 hours additional driving distance. Not that difficult. Sleep on the road while being driven all night. No big deal.
