could it be that former chairman won there court case or are excercising there options at the .0025 price? does anyone know if( piscopo vs softnet)got resolved yet! looks like sofn owes 239k on the creditline from perinet merger and owes jim farinella 246k...anyhow the 10q ending sept '09 will be very interesting if it comes out.
