maybe news could be 3rd party funding or 10q coiming out sometime ending 9/30/09 or court settlement if its still pending.i knew someone who could ck the pennsylvania dist. court and find all that stuff out, once upon a time ago!
hopefully they'll get us a filing out RnR...that definitely should explain what's going on with those:) I'm ready to see an update and hopefully it's in the near future. Goett is pretty solid on not telling us anything at the moment...
This is what I've found on that legal matter and it doesn't look like much, imo:

Piscopo v. SoftNet - Pending in the Federal District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In this suit the former owners of PeriNet Technologies, LLC seek certain relief, including the issuance of SoftNet class A common stock, under the Merger Agreement entered into by PeriNet and the Company and reimbursement for the payment of the outstanding balance on the Commerce Bank line of credit (see above). The Company has answered the Complaint and has asserted its contention that material misrepresentations, or omissions, were made at the time the Merger Agreement was entered into. This action is still in it’s early stages and discovery is to be concluded early 2009.
