I'm definately against dilution, but let's look at the facts:

Money to pay Comcast, Brighthouse and now Howard will cost big bucks.

So let's say worst case o/s doubles to 48 mil. Still very low in penny world.

At .0135, we would have a market cap of ONLY $ 648,000. At .03 still only $1.4 mil. DIRT CHEAP for most pennies with what's on the horizon.....jmo
