Finally!!... another piece of the puzzle falls into place. ;)

"As long as DNAP moves forward and continues to grow..."- what I've stated many times in the past and is still applicable today.

Now, I'll be interested in how the funding will fall into place- $35 million is a lot of capital Dutchess will provide {buying shares- how many and what type?} while DNAP has agreed to invest $25 million in Biofrontera Series B preferred shares. Both, interestingly enough, evolve in a 2 year time frame. Regardless of what the financing is, it appears that all parties involved suspect that the two year window is the "magic" time frame we all have been waiting for imo. I'm interested in opinions from the more astute among us who understand the financial aspects/theory more than I and the implications thereof.

<<What's gonna happen tomorrow?? Guesses??>>

dick,

in looking on wallstreetcity.com, they show this:

bid/ask size - 3,617,200/5000

this would indicate a HUGE imbalance in orders. however, i'm puzzled by this afternoons' reaction. 21m some shares traded today, versus average 3m some daily recently. i see the news release showing @ 2:40 p.m, and high price around that time was .019 then pulled back to close at .015. last 10 trades of the day from 15:56 on were all at .015, the last 6 showing "at ask".

baffles my mind how mm's could hold this down in the last hr of trading, with what you would think was demand on the buy side of upwards of 18m some shares in the last hr. at any rate i can't wait til tomorrow!
