"As long as DNAP moves forward and continues to grow..."- what I've stated many times in the past and is still applicable today.
Now, I'll be interested in how the funding will fall into place- $35 million is a lot of capital Dutchess will provide {buying shares- how many and what type?} while DNAP has agreed to invest $25 million in Biofrontera Series B preferred shares. Both, interestingly enough, evolve in a 2 year time frame. Regardless of what the financing is, it appears that all parties involved suspect that the two year window is the "magic" time frame we all have been waiting for imo. I'm interested in opinions from the more astute among us who understand the financial aspects/theory more than I and the implications thereof.
