When you say start acting like a real company? Do you mean 70 million in order for first Q of 2010? Or Buying your manufacture? Or raising the stock price from sub penny to .12? Or getting huge advertisement deals with MLB, NFL and others? Or singing license agreements to market and sell the biggest character in our time?

Taking an E on purpose is a slap in the face to all of the shareholders. Any company that purposely tries to drive down the pps does not care about the shareholders. I personally don't think they would do it on purpose.

Very disappointing Nick...a NASDAQ wanna-be acting like an OTC professional as of late. I've been long and strong since May, but the crap that has happened the last 2 weeks is what it is...crap. Sold 1/3 today and may go further later today. Bashers have nothing to do with it, been filtering them out since day one and I just go with DD and what I see and read in the public domain. The comapny's lack of clarity and confusing moves now has everything to do with it. COME ON SPNG, grow the F-up and behave like a NASDAQ company.
