I dont care how you spin it, taking an E is horrible. I cant believe its taken this long to file. They are just withholding it.

I refuse to believe that taking the E to lower share price to buy back more shares is realistic. They have had plenty of opportunity to buy at 7-8 cents countless times.

If its late then im selling this crap. Im sick of management manipulating the stock price and thus my portfolio. Its evident they dont give a crap about 'longs', because they have made this stock into a day trader's dream. If every long played the stock as a day trader shareholders would be much better off. Which is quite sad.

If management wants some sort of legitimacy and respect from investors/business world, they have to stop pulling crap like this and start acting like a real company.


ps - bill said it would be out to day after hours and they had a meeting on it yesterday. If it somehow magically doesnt come out i refuse to believe its for some unseen reason, as they knew yesterday afternoon it would be out tonight.
