Anyone with a Large amount of shares can most definitely control the price to a certain extent.
Moaning can sit back and not sell his Dilution shares and allow MOMO to build.
He can then sell his Dilution into that Momo and Very Detrimentally affect any upward movement and ... if he dumps enough ... can cause large downward movement.
