Can a certain particular "market entity" hover like a vulture over the pink sheet companies and wait for the pinkie to HIRE A STOCK PROMO COMPANY, and then can they "naked short against" that "for certain to fail" company?

But what if the Pink Sheet company CANCELS those shares to the Stock Promotion company? You know, the SHARES WHICH WERE BEING SHORTED against???

Do you know if this happened to BLDV and made someone angry also?

You are correct, anyone with a large amount of shares can manipulate the price. I also think they (market makers) can manipulate the trades. Please research these transactions and you will note that they are all listed as "sells" when they were actually "buys". Do you think these unscrupulous MM actions are an attempt to cover a huge NSS position?
