On the positive side, we have a factory that is generating products, several people who have visited the factory, many more who are using the products currently and vouch for them. Revenues, sales reps, etc, can all be debated. And WowGreen contract status is in limbo pending lawsuit negotiation.
On the negative side, beyond lawsuits in negotiation (fact), we have a steaming pile of unprovable FUD garnished with hearsay and fabrications, based on zero facts.
btw, Never answer a question with a question. It suggests strongly you can't answer the question posed to you, and thus need to deflect defensively.
