Limited to 5 posts per day on SPNG, I will simply make a statement to follow up on pennypacker's post.

The numbers set forth on his post are facts, nothing misleading. I have never really grasped how to post telling someone they are FOS and only trying to drive the price of the stock down because they have vested interests either working for a short position or for personal gain trading the stock...at least not in such a way as to not get reprimanded.

Being an investor and trader myself, I question the need to try to mislead people for personal gain. Might be I could force the price down a tick if persistent, but I stick with the adage, "there is no softer pillow than a clear conscience"...but that's just me.

If it was my job to try and separate people from their money, I'd get a new job. If I was such an inept trader to do the same, I'd learn to become a better trader.

All that being said (and this is only to shareholders, not the others), you either believe in the company or you don't. You look at the astronomical rise in sales, revenues, exposure of brand awareness, the Dicon purchase, the hiring of a Big 4 accounting firm, and on and on, and make a choice to stay the course or sell out.

The 10K is due out tomorrow by 5:30PM. If you come here to learn anything on this board between now and then, my guess is an awful lot of posts will try to persuade you to sell your shares...some subtle, some not-so-subtle. The 10K will be followed by a r/s a week later.

What is in store for us? I have a few ideas, but my ideas have no more value than the next guy, except to say that they are truthful. Is a buyout in the works? Well, Whitey Herzog, an old baseball manager back in the 80's, used to say that the best time to trade a player to get the highest value was after an MVP season, not after a down year. Maybe with the brand awareness being as high as it is, this is a perfect time to sell. Maybe it is simply a way to ensure NASDAQ is achieved. Who knows?

If things seem a bit dicey for you and you want to sell, then you should. Just consider this, especially if you have held a few months or more...this is the time you have been waiting for, and why we see so many on here trying to separate you from your shares.

Good luck to all (with good intentions) in your decision.
