No bs I least few better seeing all classes of stock get treated the same for r/s. The management is going to reduce all the shares they hold as well. So of doing this to make to Nasdaq seems they meant at least that seeing they reduce their shares to.

Since I am long beginning 10/08 I am not going anywhere. This company has delivered in many ways. This stock is a trip and people who are invested,emotional,angry,greedy,hopeful,wait...that's me. Hmmm?Did I start out that way or has SPNG inhabited me as an alien force taking every waking hour of my attention?Sometimes yes,sometimes no.I take solace by telling Mrs.Izzy that I am an "investor" and can wait.

I just want to say that I can not imagine selling now.For me that would be nuts. For others who have done their dd and come to a different conclusion, well, that is what makes the world go around.gltme&u.

lying if i said i hadn't *expected* it>

your insight is a must read and your honesty
about both being an investor and trader ..
is *refreshing*..

isn't it odd how few
will be honest enough to admit to trashing
so they can acquire shares at a cheaper pps

since i dca shares .. and *read* rt l2 .. i can
spot patterns and buy accordingly .. have to say
i've never *trashed* a stock so i could buy it lower
that would include spng ~

i don't need to resort to such tactics .. tho' it's
usually easy to see thru those who do

that said .. what i like about spongetech ..
is their technology .. anyone who doesn't understand it

has simply neither bought the product to check it out up close
and personal .. or hasn't taken the 30 minutes to *listen*
to metter talk about the *technology* at the noble
conference including what the components are made up of
and *who* supplies said components

am i surprised by such comments .. no

do i expect them .. you bet'cha

it's the lay of the land ~
