Where is the 50M in the filings? I know where the 40M is. Assuming its 50M here is the break out:

Fast-Tech 60% 30M
Management 5M
Current Shares 15M

So 2.1B to 15M is a 140 to 1 split. Worse yet is it means the current 2.1B shares is only going to end up being for 30% of the company.
