It never works like that only because the larger shareholders are usually more content at selling at whatever fraction of a double. It's tougher to sell lots shares at double than at market, which of course takes it down or keeps it relatively level (which is what occurred today; no doubling).

But saying .001 is going to bring a lot of new shareholders... um nope. PRs and filings do that.
