It's one thing to state an opinion based on some factual evidence, or to formulate an opinion that may be critical.
However to state that 'Dennis is a crook' without any supporting facts is just slander.
You should know better...haven't you been in touch with the attorneys???? I would think you'd understand libel and slander and our legal torts related to business law?
