Mike, doesn't it seem strange that apparently, the merger is imminent, there has been a few PR's telling about acquisitions, apparently the company has now sold an assett for $3M (according to info posted by you after speaking with the company).....

And yet the SP is STUCK in a range between .03 to .05.

Shouldn't there be a little more life in the trading of this stock if it is the good deal everyone here thinks it is? Why hasn't it moved up in anticipation of a closing that is now a mere two weeks away?

Do you have some sort of theory of why this isn't moving?
