The first thought that crossed my mind when I read this post. If what Soapy Bulbble said is true, and the forms have been filed with FINRA, there MUST BE a statement of the present O/S in the filing.

I find it hard to believe Soapy spoke with them on the weekend? If so, when did you speak with them? Are they really open on the weekend to discuss such things with retail investors?

What was the phone number you used to find this information?

Thanks for info, Soapy. I don't think anyone here holds you responsible for what the company does. If they do, they shouldn't.

Some posters here are taken more seriously than others and that is fine, but they are still just expressing their opinions/agenda based on whatever information/disinformation is floating around out there. That is the nature of a message board.

Appreciate your post though. You do rise above the crowd.

Thanks. Personally, I think this is great news. It tells me that the company is very serious about trying to get to Nasdaq.

Am I correct that they would have to agree to give up all of the 1933 loopholes if they wanted to be on Nasdaq?

IMHO, the secrecy about what is going on has been a major liability for the PPS.

I would love to see SPNG become a more regular company after uplisting. I think SPNG's shareprice would triple if mgt would give out better information. Of course, that would make it more costly for SM's cronies to buy in.

Thanks for the information. I am sorry they assured people no reverse split. If they did that was wrong. I am glad to hear the 1:100 reverse split is going through. SPNG needs to get off of the OTCBB and onto the NASDAQ as soon as possible. Staying on this exchange any longer hurts the company in the eyes of its clients as well as with wall street. As to the size of the reverse split I am glad it is 1:100. If it were any less say 1:25 the stock price would only be around $3.50 post split and would be manipluated by the market makers to prevent it from ever staying at $4.00 and thus achieving NASDAQ listing. So as I said earlier, anyone who is against the 1:100 reverse split is illogical. They need to get off of this exchange as soon as possible and the 1:100 reverse split is the only way to accomplish that in a reasonable time frame. And once they are on the NASDAQ they can always do a forward split to make the stock more liquid and that is precisely what I expect to happen.
