Well, I do agree with you -- the transition is a positive event. (I won't argue that.) Just wish it was done is a simpler fashion.

I think, if you check the language they used during the Noble Conference--they were not as imphatic about a RS--kinda like Bush 41 and "No new taxes" and then his schpeel about a month b4 he rased taxes. It was more of "last option" kinda thing. That being said, It is only in a case like this, that an RS makes both Bus sence and economic sence. It works only with growing sales, profits, and cashflows.
