"A company that has never done any business with PayChest in any way very cleverly tried to sue PayChest."

HAHAHAHHA NAKED SHORTERS don't do business with any of the companies that they NAKED SHORT.

I guess they figured we wouldn't catch it, but we did.

Ummm, last time I checked you received notice when you were being sued. What a silly statement for him to make.

So the company has confirmed that they feel it has nothing to do with a supposed naked short position. Nice to know.

"The lawyer figures it was a company Pino had done business with privately and figured they would sue everybody and everything around him. "

Yeah, shorty wants to sue them and drive down the PPS...wait it's already .0001. Not only do we get our first glimps of Lawson, at least his signature, we also see that there does not seem to be any large investment group out there either - so there goes the "money for production" theory. Maybe, just maybe they are loaning them money for free. Starting to look like a real joke now that the facts are coming out. This BK news could not have come out at a worse time. I was really hoping for a bid soon, now it may have to wait.

dcjr - maybre Paychest will haved to file for Bankruptcy if it can't defend the lawsuit.

Pino seemed to have done did a lot of things with this company and to others that may be actionable in court. Paychest is the exact same company that Pino ran into the ground, they just changed the name and ticker and resumed the little-or-no-disclosure that Pino was infamous for. Pino seems to be in a world of trouble now, too.
