Spree, I believe what he is referring to is that Lucent is a named trigger for NOK as well as ERICY. So, worst case, if the arbitration panel ruled that ERICY was not a trigger, then just a few month's later, we could have Lucent as a licensee, and NOK would be back on the hook again. IMO
