I believe we will see inflation down the road, but tough to know how far. That said, the G fund will probably be paying a much higher interest rate in an inflationary environment. We may have other choices by then, but for now we're pretty limited. Still, if the G fund is paying 6,7, 8, or more percent, it may be a decent option. Much remains to be seen till then as this is speculative at the moment.
