Let me quickly point out to those who are new to this board, those comments are not my own, but come from Mark Young's daily sentiment analysis. Mark Young runs the Trader's Talk website. Mark is also a very savvy trader.

The comments should only be taken in the context of where the market is headed in the short term. It may help you in a private equity account where you have much more flexibility to execute trades, but for TSP only provides a somewhat limited take on day to day market probabilities.
