It looks like it is "Flush Away" vs. "Flushaway" Very similar and could be an issue depending on how each company wants to defend their product. If this goes to litigation (neither buys out the rights to use/market brand) then it would depend on if there are registered trademark dates and where they were registered. Some courts have also used product popularity to weight decisions. If Flushaway never ends up in the US then it may be moot. I doubt PYCT will do anything about this, it would take time and money.
