Tier ONE is a step above Tier two, i don't have the comparison chart in front of me.(i will try to put it up tomorrow) but it happens to do with market cap and share price and the listing requirement is more stringent i believe. (don't quote me, its late and i don't have it in front of me.) When I talked to the company I found that Uranium Star in managed by a company that also manages 3 other mining companies. The other 3 companies are ALL on the TSX.V so this gave/gives URST the inside track on getting a TSX listing.

A few days ago? In between then and now think of how many calls you could have made to the company...btw when you do decide to make that call please share with the board.~
