Mind if I answer that? if this company PR'd that they're doing a By-Back, I'm without doubts it would spark buying.

Any pink company that announces buying back shared will find stockpile of buyers.

Everyone in this stock at .0001, will be the “stand-by flippers”.

The higher the PPS raises above .0001 the stronger the urgency to flip.

As there is proof of actually buying-back shares, more and more non-believers will become believers and join the buyer's club.

PIGS will also join in and begin gouging up multiple mega-blocks of shares.

But it won’t rise so quickly at the start for all the skepticism.

Actually, as soon as there’s a BID, chances are many will sell out and be done with this stock.

The sell off on the BID may plunge the ASK back to .0001 with no BID again.

But as the Buy-Back continues, the buyers will drive the ASK back up as the O/S shrinks and becomes more reactive (responsive) to the Buys/Sells.

Eventually we’ll have lift off.

As EVFL gets more and more exposure, more and more buyers will join the club.

If there are any SHORT positions, MM’s will be needing to cover their positions (buy shares), else risk one hell of a deficit and a lot of explaining to do to their clients.

There will be ultimate UP-TICKS and Short term investors will be jumping out as Long term investors Jump in.

downlow... My honest opinion is I will not trust what Dennis says until he can document he is actually buying back shares. Ungag the transfer agent and give us shareholders access to the real numbers...

Dennis told me he was going to issue us a second dividend... and it did not happen.

Dennis told me he was going to release news about a new advisory board member, AND HE SENT ME THE PRESS RELEASE... and it did not happen.

Dennis told me I would be so pleased with EBOF (now EVFL) by the end of June... so much good stuff was going to be released... and it did not happen. Opposite happened as the O/S went to 21B.

Dennis lied to me about the A/S being increased to 10B... it was increased to 100B.

I have posted all of this before but my point is I do not trust Dennis. I hope he does issue a press release and submit a filing that states the company is doing a buyback, not considering it. My average in the stock is .0004 and all I want is out. Do not want a profit, just want out. So I hope he gets me out whole and i will forever be gone from here!

downlow... okay, to answer your question. If Dennis announces he will be buying back shares, I think it will be a positive step in the right direction and i think the stock price might move up.
