No, are "WE" forgetting that this is a PINK STOCK? down here has no logic or morals. There are no "Smarter than that" down here where trades are done without regulations.
R/S are always expected and are always the benefit of the insiders.
Who cares about company images and what shareholders think.
Once inside money is made, they can retire.
Pinks do it all the time.
I've learned to exploit the way these pinks operate to lower my capital gains tax owed to the IRS on profits made trading stocks.
Now I actually hunt for pinks like these.
if they profit, COOL! the profits will pay the IRS.
if they tank (as I've learned they usually do), still COOL! the losses are written off against the profits to offset what capital gains taxes ill owe the IRS next year.
So either way, it's a win -win!
And I have the SEC to thank for being so clumsy LOL!
