Spree, experience tells me none of these is ever the same.

I would hope, based on the little we know that IDCC has a good enough case to test the arb board diplomacy values to resolve. If so it would cause an opportunity for a settlement feature beyond the 99 agreement. A new /revised contract if you will. And what I mean and what I hope by that specifically is we can win this battle and still lose the war.

IDCC is not going to play this as the end game, nor should they.
