If they wanted to create new short position, delaying the 10K feeds ammo to shorters. so it 'fits' create conditions that look like bad, scam etc for the squeeze
I agree completely. I am becoming concerned about the delay with the 10K. I understand they have until the 15th to release it but I am beginning to get the feeling it will not be out on time. The 10K should be everyones focus right now. Where the &^%&^ is it? Stop screwing around and get it released. As for the reverse split to me its a no brainer. This company needs to get on the NASDAQ as soon as possible and the reverse split is the best and fastest way to accomplish that. As to why 100:1 rather than 25:1? Well it doesnt take a brain surgeon to figure out that if they only went for a 25:1 then the market makers would try to drive the price down below $4.00 so a NASDAQ listing would not be achieved. So the 100:1 was necessary. Its not exactly rocket science. They can always do a forward split later after they have achieved price stabiliztion on the NASDAQ. Now back to my main concern. Management get that damn 10K out.
