co. has a history of filing
*mostly* on time .. worst case an
e gets slapped onto spng until the
10K is filed ~ i have a hard time
believing that will actually happen
since they are very clear re: uplist
to the naz .. but if i was concerned
i'd sell .. and buy back at a later
date when clarity is confirmed ~

btw .. it will be interesting to see
if for the 3rd day in a row .. those
who manipulate the spng market

open the *ask* lower than where spng
closed the prior day ~ interesting
<and it's PM so it's not set yet>

but bid/ask currently show the same pps

ayme on bid at .1285
etmm on ask at .1285 .. <etmm like
nite .. is a *known* blocker on both
the bid and ask they just don't do it
quite as frequently as nite does :0>

btw not surprisingly the maestro is
2nd on the ask at .1286

should be an interesting day to *observe*

Millenium, your post makes no sense,why would the market makers drive down the price with a 1-25 R/S, or any R/S, for that matter--a bit paranoid, aren't we? MM"s just react to buys and sells, they REact, they don't PROact.--R/S Stocks usually drop after the R/S due to Dilution Fears by traders
