I think you should mention how IR had said the 10-K would be on time several times and that it left a bad taste in our mouths about that.

Also that IR is changing hands and investors right now have no true IR to talk to which again, is distasteful to us.

Just some thoughts.

Drew perhaps there is some type of real juicy information (to our benefit) in the 10k and they wanted to drop this bomb before dropping another therefore resulting in a delay in issuance in the 10k. Merger ? Nasdaq date ? Dividend ? Many have said SPNG is not your typical OTCBB stock.

I just don't see from many months now how the company has screwed any investor. They understand in my opinion and respect the loyalty those of us that have stayed long. We all cannot understand the immediate conclusion they have issued us, but that to me this still does not mean their intent is to screw the investor. By now most know SM is really good at what he does and smart. We just have to wait and see how it plays out (HOPEFULLY in our favor..the SPNG investors).

Personally I think "Please keep our best interest in mind at all times." might be taken as an insult. The company is by law, supposed to act in the interest of shareholders, and while I am a bit confused with why the company has done certain things, I don't have any reasons to doubt they’re acting in our best interest. The rest of the letter sounds great, MGMT will get the point, I just don’t think that one line is needed. In my opinion.

Drew I would change "Please keep our best interests in mind" to " We expect " " We insist "...etc. Really hope these guys know what they're doing. They sure have me second guessing myself. In my opinion they've given shorts a great opportunity to cover. And pushed many shareholders off a cliff
