Drew perhaps there is some type of real juicy information (to our benefit) in the 10k and they wanted to drop this bomb before dropping another therefore resulting in a delay in issuance in the 10k. Merger ? Nasdaq date ? Dividend ? Many have said SPNG is not your typical OTCBB stock.

I just don't see from many months now how the company has screwed any investor. They understand in my opinion and respect the loyalty those of us that have stayed long. We all cannot understand the immediate conclusion they have issued us, but that to me this still does not mean their intent is to screw the investor. By now most know SM is really good at what he does and smart. We just have to wait and see how it plays out (HOPEFULLY in our favor..the SPNG investors).
